What does Crew Pass do?

Crew Pass lets you earn KrakedKoinz during live streams and enter raffles that require it.

How do I redeem Crew Pass?

While Makakar is live, redeem the Crew Pass reward with Twitch Channel Points.

How long does Crew Pass last?

A Channel Point redemption activates Crew Pass for seven days. Twitch subscribers stay active while their subscription is current.

What extra benefits do subscribers get?

Current Twitch subscribers get Crew Pass automatically. Subscribers can receive extra bonuses, such as higher watching rewards, Stream Chest rewards, and subscription bonuses. Subscriber tiers also include profile roles and frames. Prime counts as Tier 1. Current subscribers can also upload a private Crew Hub profile background: JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 5 MB, with 1800 × 600 px recommended. The background is hidden if the subscription ends and returns after resubscribing.

How do I earn KrakedKoinz?

Watching and chatting while Makakar is live can earn KrakedKoinz. You can also claim your Stream Chest when it is ready and complete available bounties.

Reward amounts and bonuses can change.

Giveaways & tickets

How do I enter a giveaway?

Sign in with Twitch, choose an open giveaway, and buy tickets with KrakedKoinz before entries close. Draw timing is normally announced on stream.

How do tickets affect my chances?

Each ticket is one entry in its linked giveaway. Some giveaways have a per-viewer limit, and tickets cannot be moved between giveaways.

Can I refund tickets?

Before a giveaway closes, you can request a refund for all of your remaining tickets in that giveaway. A pending request pauses further purchases until you cancel it or a moderator reviews it. Refunds are unavailable once entries close.

Claiming your prize

Where do I claim?

Log in with the Twitch account that won and open your Crew Hub. Your prize and claim timer appear there. If the timer expires, the prize may be redrawn.

What happens after I claim?

For Sea of Thieves prizes, submit your Gamer Tag and a screenshot showing the Twitch account linked to it before the details deadline. An admin reviews the proof, then your Crew Hub shows the redeem code and instructions when approved.

Follow the instructions and press Complete once the prize has been received. If anything needs changing, the Crew Hub shows what to update and a new deadline.

Spend KrakedKoinz on community rewards and perks. Each item shows its price, remaining stock, and any wait before you can buy it again.

Where can I track my purchase?

Find purchase status and history under Your purchases in the shop. Rewards that need Makakar or a moderator stay pending until they are ready.
