What KrakedKrew is

KrakedKrew is Makakar's community hub for Twitch-linked points, bounties, giveaways, shop perks, Gallery clips, and community activity. You sign in with Twitch. Discord is optional and is used only for features that need it.

Information we collect

• Twitch identity and profile details supplied through sign-in, such as your Twitch ID, login, display name, avatar, and account status.
• Optional Discord connection details and the permissions needed to use that connection.
• KrakedKrew activity, including wallet and points-ledger entries, bounty claims, giveaway entries and wins, shop activity, Gallery submissions, moderation records, and support or proof details you choose to provide.
• Essential session cookies and limited server, security, and diagnostic logs that may include request, browser, device, or network information.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate viewers, run the points economy, verify and prevent duplicate bounty rewards, operate giveaways and purchases, moderate community submissions, deliver rewards, keep the service secure, investigate failures or abuse, and support viewers and moderators. KrakedKrew does not sell personal information or use connected-account data for advertising.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only where needed to operate KrakedKrew: with Twitch or Discord when you use their connected features; with hosting, database, network, and security providers supporting the site; when required by law; or when necessary to protect the community and service. Public actions, such as an approved Gallery clip or giveaway winner summary, may be visible as described at the point of participation. Private proof, tokens, reward codes, and provider identifiers are not made public.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, community accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and operational recovery. Reward and transaction records may remain after Discord is disconnected so earned points stay correct and the same bounty cannot be paid twice.

You can manage your optional Discord connection from Account connections. Disconnecting does not reverse points already earned.

You may also clear site cookies through your browser or stop using optional connected features. Contact us to ask about your information or request appropriate access, correction, or deletion; some ledger, moderation, security, or legal records may need to be retained.
