Using KrakedKrew

KrakedKrew is a community service for Makakar's viewers. You must be allowed to use Twitch and any optional service you connect, and legally able to agree to these terms. If you cannot agree, do not use the site. Keep your connected accounts secure and do not let another person claim rewards through your account.

Community conduct

Be respectful, submit only lawful and appropriate content, follow moderator instructions, and do not exploit bugs, automate claims, impersonate others, manipulate verification, evade exclusions, or interfere with the site. We may reject content, reverse fraudulent rewards, restrict participation, or suspend access when needed to protect the community and economy.

Points, bounties, shop, and giveaways

• KrakedKoinz and tickets are community rewards with no cash value. They are not transferable or redeemable for money.
• Bounties are subject to their displayed rules, verification method, repeat limit, moderation, and available reward amount. Disconnecting and reconnecting a service does not reset a completed objective.
• Giveaway eligibility, entry, drawing, proof, claim windows, and reward delivery follow the rules shown for that giveaway. Missed deadlines or invalid proof may forfeit a win.
• Shop items and perks are subject to availability, limits, cooldowns, and any displayed fulfilment instructions. Community points may be refunded or adjusted when a purchase cannot be fulfilled.

We may correct mistakes, freeze the economy during an incident, or adjust future rules and reward values. Legitimately completed historical records may be kept for accounting and duplicate prevention.

Connected platforms

Twitch, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, X, and other external services are operated by their own providers and have their own terms and privacy practices. KrakedKrew does not control their availability or decisions. YouTube links and embeds remain subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Availability and responsibility

KrakedKrew is provided on an as-available basis for a live community. We aim to keep stream-time features reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, KrakedKrew is not responsible for indirect losses, provider outages, unavailable community rewards, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
